Park Rules

Rule #1

Pet Rules:

Of course dogs are welcome here! As long as they are friendly! Absolutely no aggressive animals allowed. Indoor cats are welcome too. All dogs must be on a leash at all times in the park.

Rule #2

Site Rules:

Please keep your site clean, nice and neat. Outdoor furniture such as chairs, table, and propane firepits allowed. No wood burning fire pits allowed due to village ordinance. No fences, no pallets, no household furniture. No built on decks/patios/steps/etc. allowed. As long as your site looks nice, you're good! Lets keep our park cute!

Rule #3

This is a family friendly park. This means, drive slowly in the park. Watch for children. Throw your trash away in trash cans and dumpster. Quiet hours are 11pm-8am.

Rule #4

NO DRUGS. NO FIGHTING. NO NONSENSE. NO RIFF-RAFF. Again- This is a family run park! Lets keep it classy. If the police are called on you or someone in your RV, and/or police come to your site for any reason other than a medical emergency - you will immediately be asked to leave. No warnings. No refunds.

Parking Rules: One car per site. Please park in your designated spot! Thank you!

Rule #6

Refund Policy for RV sites and Cabin Rental:

All regular season reservations must be cancelled 15 days prior to the arrival date. There will be NO REFUNDS for holidays weeks or holiday weekend reservation cancellations. Holidays weeks and Holiday weekends are our busiest times and guest's book sites in advance. We do not refund any portion of your payment if you decide to leave early. We DO NOT REFUND due to weather, floods, fires, acts of god, etc.

Monthly guest: If you must leave before the agreed to departure date we require 10 days notice and you will be billed for 10 nights at the nightly rate. We are a small park and will have been turning down reservations for the period you committed to staying. Thank you for understanding this policy.

Rule #7

Check-in/ Check-out:

Check-in is at 2pm. Check-out is at 12pm.

Rule #8

Winterization Rules: For campers staying with us through fall/winter/spring. We freeze here in Ruidoso!!! Heated hoses are required in our park starting October 1st or disconnecting from our water spigots each night before the sun goes down. To avoid damages to your RV pipes and our pipes, a heated hoses work best. Campers who fail to winterize and damages occur, fees will apply. Jason is a pro at this and can help you with any and all questions you have. Safety is priority!

Rule #9

Payments:

Nightly/Weekly Guests: Payment is due at the time of reservation. A receipt will be emailed to you.

Monthly guests: Payment is due the first of the month plus electric. The card on file will be charged and a receipt will be emailed on the first. If you would like to pay with check or cash please let us know prior to the first. Late fees of $15/day begin on the 5th of the month. A 3.5% fee applies to all credit card usage.
